Frequently asked
What determines my tier?
The number of trucks in your active fleet. Solo covers 1 truck, Small Fleet 2–6, Growing 7–15, and Fleet 16–30. Add trucks and you move up a tier at your next billing cycle — there's no per-driver or per-seat charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email sales@lanedeck.com and we'll cancel your subscription.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to enter billing details before the trial ends. Need more time? Email sales@lanedeck.com.
Is annual billing available?
Self-serve sign-up is billed monthly only right now — $59 to $449 depending on fleet size, with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start. Want annual billing? Email sales@lanedeck.com and we'll set it up.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every feature — document storage, partner load sharing, and any telematics integrations we add — is included at every tier, from Solo to Fleet.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Loads, rates, drivers, carriers, and documents are exportable from your account at any time, even after cancellation.
Who owns the data I put in?
You do. LaneDeck stores your operational data on your behalf; it's never sold or shared with third parties.
