Please read these terms carefully — they govern your use of LaneDeck.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LaneDeck website and platform provided by LaneDeck Logistics, Inc. ("LaneDeck"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using LaneDeck on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
LaneDeck provides software for managing freight operations, including load entry, dispatch, driver assignment, rates, settlements, and related workflows. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no uploading of content you lack the rights to use.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the operational data you submit. You grant LaneDeck a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. Fees may change with prior notice effective on your next billing cycle.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneDeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period where feasible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
